From roaster to doorstep, here’s the play-by-play:
Processing & Roast Schedule
We roast in micro-batches every weekday. Orders placed by 1 p.m. ET roast and ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). If your order contains an item on temporary back-order, we’ll email you within 24 hours with options.

*Delivery windows begin once the carrier scans your parcel. Weather, peak-season volume, or carrier disruptions can extend transit times.
Order Tracking
A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment a label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial carrier scans to appear.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington DC..
APO/FPO addresses/International customers: We’re working on global fulfillment—join our VIP Omni Letters for launch updates.
Address Accuracy
We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Omni Coffee Studio isn’t responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you spot an error, email support@omnicoffeestudio.com within one hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us—we’ll open a carrier claim and, once confirmed, ship a replacement or issue store credit.

Marked delivered but not received: Verify with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing after 3 days, email us; we’ll help investigate.

Damaged on arrival: Send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days for a swift replacement.
Weather Hold
During extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments over a weekend to protect bean quality. We’ll notify you by email if your order is affected.
Multiple Shipments
Ordering brew tools or merch with your coffee? Items may ship separately, and you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Holiday Cut-Offs
We publish recommended order-by dates each November. Orders placed after these dates may arrive post-holiday even with expedited service.
