As vibrant as it is smooth.
From the highland soils of Guji, Antigua, and Cerrado, Savanna Caramel brings together three coffee-growing traditions into one vivid expression. In Ethiopia, farmers cultivate heirloom varietals in volcanic soil under canopy shade, while in Guatemala and Brazil, producers lean into generations of craft to shape structure, balance, and body. These lands—sunlit, steep, and mineral-rich—give the blend its contrast and clarity.
This light roast features washed Ethiopian heirlooms, Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica, and Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo, processed across altitudes from 900 to 2,100 meters. The Ethiopian beans bring floral lift and tart citrus, the Guatemalan lots offer sweet complexity and depth, and the Brazilian component grounds the blend with body and caramel smoothness. The result is a layered cup with candied lemon zest, tart red fruit, and sweet caramel, framed by a silky texture and bright, balanced acidity.
Crafted with both energy and elegance in mind, Savanna Caramel highlights the art of precision blending. The roast allows each origin to speak—inviting bold notes to shine while holding them in gentle balance. It’s an expression of contrast made seamless: sparkling yet soft, sweet without being heavy.
Savanna Caramel was made to explore the harmony between light and richness. Its vibrant profile invites attention, then settles into softness, like sunlight moving across open ground. A cup shaped by balance, beauty, and the brightness of three worlds meeting.
